World MAP - Music & Arts Project
Sebastian Flynn - Director
World MAP is a Brisbane-based cultural music and arts project designed by festival director, programmer and diverse arts specialist Sebastian Flynn.
World MAP is aimed to support people from culturally diverse backgrounds to develop their projects and assist them in resourcing their work and creative activities.
World MAP is also designed to answer the need for additional assistance for performers and artists in the post pandemic environment where the arts have born an extremely significant loss.
World MAP provides assistance to diverse artists and communities in developing funding avenues, securing paid artistic work and developing arts industry relationships to create opportunities.
World MAP also serves the broader community, in providing a fee-for-service agency with access to a wide range of professional performing artists (see below) from diverse cultural backgrounds, presenting the unique art forms of their country of origin and music especially across all genres.
World MAP Director, Sebastian Flynn has over 20 years experience in the diverse arts sector and has developed connections with a broad range of professional standard performance artists whose services can be secured for any occasion including Government, Council, multicultural sector, corporate and community.
Sebastian has served on the board of the Music Council of Australia and has been on the judging panel of the Australian Event Awards for the past eight years.
